Hello! I'm TIVI the CHATBOT
If you are stuck who can you turn to?
With this project I am looking to use an individualised approach, to chart and understand the nature of human challenge and work out ways to help move our students forward so they can achieve what they set out to do.
Teachers, Imagine the implications for your classroom if, one day, TIVI the Kindbot can:

help your students unpack a complex problem (and not just solve it for them),

help them find purpose or passion

help them work through challenges that commonly arise

collect data on student behaviours and suggest interventions
With each choice TIVI collects data and narratives to a spreadsheet. These can be used to better diagnose learning challenges, or sticking points.
I forgot to mention that I drew TIVI the character first and I was going to develop a graphic novel for young students on how to work with negative emotions...but never got around to it...still thats not a bad idea.
How is TIVI?
It started with a survey to understand how and when people get "stuck" . It's a pretty broad idea that I couldn't find much literature on. I read a lot about cognitive dissonance, counselling and the neuroscience behind feeling stuck and in my own coaching experience of over 20 years the same sorts of issues were arising. My survey went out through Linkedin and got to over 700 responses from across the globe. I read the narratives and coded them all.

TIVI connects to you with an opening conversation and a method to move past this 'stuck' feeling . All the methods are well researched...
Categorizing all these challenging issues and tagging them to possible solutions was really interesting - then I have to move it into a guided conversation model - practical.
Like a coach, TIVI does not solve your problems, he just connects you to a possible way forward. Like a friend would.
Participants get the
idea and see merit
in it, however, its clear
that TIVI needs more
resources and AI integration
to live.
